Cities and Towns in Broward County that will have 4th of July Celebrations
The city of Coconut Creek The fireworks are seen a day early at the Seminole Casino in Coconut Creek on July 3rd. This year, Miami-based classic rock cover band, The Regs, will be forming outside the front entrance to the casino starting at 8 pm. Get there early and bring lawn chairs or head to the rooftop parking garage for an even better view of the fireworks which will be launched from the parking lot across the road from the casino.
Weston will also celebrate a day early on July 3rd The evening will kick off at 6 pm at Weston Regional Park with children’s activities, Panther Patrol, On-stage Entertainment featuring The Big Rock Band, and a spectacular fireworks finale. A parade will be held the following morning at 10:30 in the vicinity of the Weston Town Center
City of Coral Springs: Residents are invited to celebrate Independence Day with Live entertainment starting at 5 pm and a grand firework display set to start at 8:30 p.m. at Mullins Park. Admission and parking are free. Family-friendly activities include a Sport Zone, Inflatables, and Arts & Crafts. Live music will feature Ka ’Avila. City of Deerfield Beach: For 2022, Deerfield Beach brings the celebration and fireworks back to the beach, complete with live music from 4 different bands ranging from 12:30 to 9 pm.
The Town of Davie will host the annual Independence Day Fun on the 4th event at the Bamford Sports Complex/Pine Island Park located at 3801 S. Pine Island Road, on Sunday, July 4, 2021, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. featuring live music from the Yacht Rock Club and Whiskey Country. This event has limited access to Davie residents only. The event is free and residents must pre-register beforehand.
City of Fort Lauderdale: Celebrate America’s Independence Day at the City of Fort Lauderdale’s free 4th of July Spectacular! The Independence Day Celebration will feature a patriotic extravaganza on and along Fort Lauderdale Beach featuring live bands, a kids zone, beach games, contests, family activities ,and a dazzling fireworks display. The kid's zone provides nonstop energy and excitement with plenty of music, bounce houses, face painting, old-fashioned hot dog and watermelon eating contests, and a variety of other amusing beach games. City of Hollywood: Sponsored by the City of Hollywood Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts and the Hollywood Community Redevelopment Agency-Beach District, all are welcome to celebrate our nation’s 246th birthday at the Hollywood Beach Theater on Monday, July 4, 2022. This year’s observance will feature Live DJ on stage 5:30-9:00, a special recognition of local NFL Marquise Brown at 6:30 p.m., and an offshore fireworks display beginning at 9:00 p.m.
City of Margate: The City of Margate and the Margate Community Redevelopment Agency host the annual Fourth of July Parade and Fireworks Celebration beginning at 9 a.m. with the City’s popular parade followed by a post-parade picnic and an evening concert. The City of Pembroke Pines The City of Pembroke Pines welcomes both residents and guests for the Annual Fourth of July Celebration on Monday, July 4, 2022, from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm at the Pines Recreation Center Festival Grounds located at 7400 Pines Blvd. This free event includes live music, rides, food trucks, and a breathtaking display of fireworks. City of Pompano Beach: Pompano’s annual July 4th Beach Bash Extravaganza takes place along Pompano Beach Boulevard with live music beachfront beginning at 5:30 pm from Shadow Creek Band followed by the Derek Mack Band at 7 pm to perform some of your favorite Top Hits from the ’80s through today! City of Plantation celebrates Independence Day beginning at 9:00 am with a parade starting from the corner of West Broward Boulevard and N.W. 46th Avenue. The parade heads west to N.W. 69th Avenue, turning right on N.W. 4th Street, ending at City Hall with an awards ceremony. A Kids Zone, Concert followed by Fireworks will be held at the Plantation Central Park Ball Fields. The kid’s zone begins at 6:00 pm and the concert begins at 7:00 pm, featuring Big City Dogs, a classic rock & blues band. The Fireworks follow at 9:00 pm featuring Zambelli Fireworks.
The City of Sunrise: celebrations taking place at two separate locations from morning till nightfall. The day will start off with a parade making its way along Sunset Strip from NW 12th Street to City Park, where the fun will continue with free refreshments and a children’s fun zone – including an inflatable water slide. Young children can also enjoy City Park’s playground and splash pad. The parade and family fun day will start at 9 am and run till Noon.
