A group of us attended the FlockFest event last year and had a blast. It rained a bit at the beginning of this fabulous and fun event, but the clouds passed and everyone continued to enjoy this fun and sunny day. You can rent chairs and umbrellas right on the beach (which we did) if there are any left, so get there early. And don’t forget the SPF.
Flockfest in Ft Lauderdale this year is on July 6th and is a free event but there are a few options for tickets you can purchase that include certain items: The Beach Bar Pass, the Flamingo Package or the VIP FlockFest Package. You can buy your Tickets on their website at https://www.flockfestevents.org/events/flockfest/pick-tickets
FlockFest™ was started by founder Steven Crawford three years ago as small gathering of friends looking to do something fun and different. Today, that is still very much our purpose. On the Saturday of July 4th’s holiday weekend we gather at Sebastian Beach in Fort Lauderdale, FL to do something fun and different! FlockFest™ is an informal gathering. There is no admission fee (the beach is free!) and other than observing the law and good decorum, there are no official rules. They encourage you to be creative with your float! Last year we saw swans decorated with hats, beeds, tutus, and even eyelashes!
